We are proud to
train swimmers of all ages.
We train both competitive and non-competitive swimmers, with squad sessions grouped and arranged according to skill levels.
Our Waterpolo Squads include athletes of all ages. We focus on the technical and swimming skills needed to be a solid polo player, from beginners to advanced.

For many Triathletes, the swim is the most daunting part of their race. We train triathletes of all ages to improve their swimming technique, skills and endurance in the water - as well as enjoy the group setting of training with people that share their passion for Tri.
LITTLE GIANTS
For children from 18 months and upwards, our curriculum and coaches guide your child from beginner to advanced - growing their confidence, skill and love of swimming through the process.
We help babies (and their parents) enjoy the start of their swimming journey, through one-on-one lessons which develop your baby's confidence in the water.
These classes are for babies from 3 months upwards, and we welcome parents to join us in the pool with their child!
